Elevate a Nation
As part of Reo Group’s mission to lead change, we have partnered with B1G1 and CAYLUS to help provide technology education and equipment in remote Aboriginal communities. Whenever one of our consultants has been engaged on a project for six months or more, we give 50 days of technology education to the Elevate a Nation project to help people in remote areas, without equitable access to digital devices and high-speed internet, learn new skills and elevate their potential.
Our Giving Story
As transformation and automation change the employment landscape and our day-to-day lives, those who don’t have access to digital devices and reliable internet will find it harder and harder to do the everyday things we take for granted.
They will find it even harder to compete for jobs. We believe that businesses have the power to make a difference, to give something back to their community.
Our Elevate a Nation project was born from the need to reduce the digital divide in Australia that is preventing people without adequate access from realising their potential.

Our Commitment to the UN SDGs
Thanks to the support of our valued clients and candidates we have created a significant impact to the UN Sustainable Development Goals since the conception of our Elevate a Nation project.
Each quarter our contributions are updated and translated into grassroots projects via our partners in Central Australia detailed below. Our efforts translate into activity across many of the SDGs, but primarily:
Goal 4 – Quality Education
Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
Goal 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
Reo Group CEO Stella Petrou Concha is a renowned advocate for the UN SDGs and is one of 52 changemakers who co-authored the book Legacy: The Sustainable Development Goals in Action, a collection of inspirational stories from business leaders embracing the SDGs as a pathway to a more sustainable, equitable world.
Our Partner
Our donations are translated into action on the ground by not-for-profit enterprise CAYLUS (Central Australia Link Up Youth Services). They have set up a network of computer labs across the region, providing equipment, maintenance and expert educators. They are funded by financial donations such as ours via B1G1 and also the donation of equipment from businesses around Australia. Learning is driven by the lab users, who develop skills at their own pace and in the areas they wish to focus on. Specific equipment has been made available for music production as well as a range of devices such as desktop machines, laptops and iPads that can be used for a wide variety of purposes.
